Permitted, with constraints: human review on every irreversible action, no autonomous spending from the Ledger, and an audit trail readable by any member. The tool serves the Circle; the Circle does not serve the tool.
Counseled against. The harm to the Least of These — unhoused, undocumented, wrongly accused — outstrips the convenience. Hearths should not deploy, and should advocate against municipal adoption.
Encouraged where it displaces industrial animal agriculture without enriching extractive platforms. Prefer open strains and cooperatively held facilities.
